Episode Notes

In this episode, I speak with Asuka (pronounced Aska). Asuka is an extraordinary person/woman. We met as we became coaches, and as we got to know each other, it was clear that she had a tremendous backstory surrounding her culture and family, and how she got to where she is today, on the precipice of an exciting life transition.

She is Japanese, but now lives in America. She is a maverick. She is powerful. Most importantly, she is from the heart. And, she learned all of this from her dad, to whom she gives ample credit. Asuka had highs and lows throughout her early years, and now, she has found her true calling, by doing what, yes, by listening to herself.
